Gang shooter arrested after exchange of fire in Wazirabad

…Cell had received information about the movement of an armed gang member. Acting on the tip-off, the team laid a trap in Wazirabad during the intervening night of Sept 23 and 24. DCP (North) Niharika Bhatt said the suspect was spotted on a motorcycle around 1.40am. When asked to stop, he allegedly attempted to flee and opened fire at the police team.
