A 26-year-old medical postgraduate student, Dikshita, died after jumping from the terrace of a five-storey apartment building in Nagaram on Friday evening.
She had completed her MBBS and was studying at Siddhartha Medical College in Bengaluru, and had returned to Hyderabad last week to stay with her parents.
Police recovered a suicide note in which she wrote she was unhappy with her life and mentally disturbed.
