The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that its fighters killed 97 Pakistani soldiers and five alleged informants, and injured 15 others, during 48 operations across Balochistan in July 2026.
The group's monthly operational report, cited by The Balochistan Post, says targets included military camps, convoys, checkposts, communication networks and surveillance infrastructure.
It says the deadliest attack was on a military convoy in Mastung on July 22, in which 17 soldiers were allegedly killed.
The report also claims road blockades on highways, destruction of drones and vehicles, and seizure of weapons.
The figures are the group's own claims and have not been independently verified, and they come amid a reported rise in attacks on security forces in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
