“ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ದಿನ ಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಒಲವು ಇದ್ದವರು ದಿನವೂ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಾವಣ ಮಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ನುಡಿಗಳು ಕಿವಿಗೆ ಬೀಳಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪುರಾಣ, ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುರುವಿನ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಬೇಕು”
